Refund & Returns Policy

At God Inc, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help. This policy sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which are not affected by anything below.

Change-of-mind returns

If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for store credit.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unopened, in their original condition;
• Returned in their original packaging; and
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit — we do not offer cash refunds for change of mind. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost on their way back to us.

Items we can't accept for change of mind

• Pierced earrings can't be returned for change of mind for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.
• Sale and discounted items are final and can't be returned for change of mind.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded. If an item is faulty, damaged, significantly not as described, or you've received the wrong item, you're entitled to a remedy — a replacement or refund for a major failure, or a repair or replacement where the failure is minor.

Please contact us within a reasonable time of noticing the issue, with photos where possible. We'll cover the cost of return postage for faulty or incorrect items.

How to start a return

Email us at info@godinc.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll guide you through the next steps. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.

Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know the outcome. Approved store credit is usually issued within 3–5 business days of us receiving the item. Approved refunds for faulty items are returned to your original payment method.
